Free Delivery:
Enjoy free delivery across Bangladesh on orders of BDT 1,500 or more.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery is available within Dhaka City and in areas outside Dhaka where Pathao Courier provides delivery services.

In certain cases, customers may be required to pay a minimum advance payment of BDT 200 via bKash. The remaining balance can then be paid through Cash on Delivery upon receiving the order.

Standard Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka City: Delivery within 24 business hours after order confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka City: Delivery within up to 72 business hours after order confirmation.

Emergency / Instant Delivery within Dhaka

For customers who require urgent delivery within Dhaka City, we offer Pathao Instant Delivery, subject to service availability.

  • The full product price must be paid in advance via bKash.
  • The Pathao delivery charge is payable by the customer upon delivery.
